First, molten aluminum is poured into a furnace. Once the molten aluminum reaches a certain temperature, it is transferred to a holding furnace. Next, the mold is placed on the die-casting machine, and the machine is started. The molten aluminum is injected into the mold cavity under high pressure. After the casting cools, the mold is opened, the casting is removed, and then trimmed. Finally, the casting is transferred to an automated conveyor line for further processing.
