Production Processes & Workflow

We adopt a standardized and visualized production process to guarantee the quality of each stainless steel mechanical part. The core production process includes:

1. Technical Communication & Design Optimization: Our professional engineers conduct in-depth communication with customers to clarify requirements (dimensions, tolerance, working conditions, performance indicators). Conduct comprehensive raw material testing, including chemical composition analysis (using光谱仪) and mechanical property detection (tensile test, hardness test), to ensure material compliance with international standards.

3. Mold Making: For precision stainless steel mechanical parts, we mainly adopt investment casting (lost wax casting) to achieve high dimensional accuracy and fine surface finish. For large-size parts, resin sand mold casting is used. Mold production is completed by CNC machining centers to ensure mold precision and repeatability.

4. Precision Casting: Implement vacuum investment casting for stainless steel to avoid oxidation and porosity defects. The casting process is monitored by intelligent temperature control systems to ensure stable molten metal flow and uniform solidification. For cast iron parts, we adopt advanced sand casting technology with strict sand treatment to ensure casting compactness.

5. Post-Casting Processing: After casting, parts undergo shell removal, sand cleaning, and gate cutting. Then, precision machining is performed using CNC lathes, milling machines, and grinding machines to meet final dimensional tolerance requirements. Heat treatment (quenching, tempering, annealing) is optional to adjust mechanical properties according to customer needs.

6. Surface Treatment: Provide diversified surface treatment options, including polishing (Ra≤0.8μm), passivation, shot blasting (SA2.5 standard), electroplating, and anti-corrosion painting. These treatments enhance corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and appearance quality of the parts.

7. Full-Process Quality Inspection: Implement strict quality control at every stage. Key inspections include dimensional inspection (using Coordinate Measuring Machine, CMM), surface defect detection (ultrasonic testing, X-ray testing), and mechanical property testing. Only products passing all inspections are delivered.
