  • Core CNC Bending Technology: Equipped with more than 20 sets of high-performance CNC bending equipment (35 tons–400 tons) with intelligent angle compensation systems. This equipment is optimized for the physical properties of stainless steel, which can effectively avoid material deformation and surface scratches during the bending process. It achieves bending precision of ±0.5°, angle repeatability of ±0.1°, and can flexibly process complex shapes such as U-bend, V-bend and Z-bend. The applicable stainless steel material thickness ranges from 0.8mm to 12mm, perfectly meeting the assembly accuracy and load-bearing requirements of industrial components.

  • Auxiliary Processes: To further enhance product performance and applicability, we provide targeted auxiliary processes: pre-processing includes high-precision laser cutting for stainless steel sheet blanking, ensuring the initial dimensional accuracy of workpieces; post-processing covers argon arc welding (for structural reinforcement, avoiding weld oxidation) and professional surface treatment. The surface treatment options are tailored to different application scenarios, effectively improving corrosion resistance and surface finish.
